Dangle Earrings - Starfield, One of a Kind

I designed these earrings to be like my own favorite pieces: strong and simple, wearable with anything, and with that little bit of something (magic?) to boost my day.

These earrings are light, but substantial, eye-catching but not flashy, elegant and lively.

To make this pair, I paint the starfield pattern on bare sterling, then etch that design into deep relief. Next, I build the stone settings, and add mesmerizing blue-black patina to finish. The final step is setting a rich, bright garnet into each earring (the photos don't do them justice!) A one of a kind pair, you'll receive the earrings shown in the photo.

Etched sterling silver with with dark patina and garnet stones with silver earwires. When viewed from the front, dimensions are approximately 1 1/2in x 2 in.
